Krys Bart, A.A.E., Testifies On Airport Customer Service

Reno-Tahoe International President and CEO Krys Bart, A.A.E., who also is the AAAE chair, was one of four witnesses to testify during a House aviation subcommittee hearing on airport/airline customer service during the holiday travel period this morning. Bart’s message, per her oral remarks:

Airports around the country are committed to helping passengers by providing top-notch customer service and by helping airlines and federal agencies carry out their responsibilities.
